Anapolon, developed in 1960 by Syntex Pharmaceuticals, is a synthetic anabolic steroid initially created for treating osteoporosis and anemia, and to stimulate muscle growth in malnourished patients. Approved by the FDA, its popularity declined with the advent of non-steroidal treatments.
However, Anapolon remains effective in treating HIV-infected patients. Manufactured by Abdi İbrahim, Anapolon is available in 50 mg tablets and is one of the most powerful androgenic steroids.
Effects of Anapolon:

Anapolon Cycle:
For Men Over 21: Ideal for intensive muscle mass gains. The cycle duration is 4-6 weeks, with the greatest results observed in the first three weeks. Do not exceed 6 weeks due to potential hepatotoxicity.
Dosage:
- Maximum tolerated dose: 100 mg per day (higher doses do not yield better results and increase side effects risk)
- Optimal dose for beginners: 50 mg per day
- Gradual dosage increase is only necessary if there are tolerance concerns. Maintain a stable dosage throughout the cycle.
Post-Cycle Therapy (PCT):
- Required upon cycle completion. Use testosterone boosters and estrogen blockers (clomiphene, toremifene; avoid tamoxifen as it stimulates progestin receptors) for 3-4 weeks to restore natural testosterone.
